Oh jeez! here we go again ...
In the 1920s Dr Otto Warburg carried out a great deal of work on cancer's basic mechanism and was awarded a Nobel Prize in 1932.
Warburg's work clearly demonstrated that cancer is, fundamentally, a relatively simple disease where cell oxygen levels fall to a level sufficiently low enough for the cell to change in nature. Warburg defined cancer as a condition where the respiration of oxygen in the normal cell is replaced by the fermentation of glucose.
This leads to the medical definition of cancer: "A cell that is 60%, or more, oxygen-deficient"
And this happens when the DNA (the 'cell program') becomes so screwed up that it no longer has the ability to hold on to its oxygen.
The 'holding-on-to-my-oxygen Application' causes the DNA to 'crash'.
The DNA may be sufficiently 'screwed' as to have also lost its 'How-to-grow-and-divide Application'. (in other words a cancer that cannot metasize. A benign cancer)
Or the DNA my still be able to run its 'How-to-grow-and-divide Application' - and therefore spread - as a malignant cancer.
So cancer is a 'DNA screw up' (of some kind). And the only cure is to eat Vitamin B17, which will target & kill all the cancerous cells, without harming healthy cells in any way.
What causes 'DNA screw-ups'?
Well - anything that screws up DNA, for heaven's sake!
Such as?
Radiation i.e. Radio Waves
-- the proven existence of mini-nukes and micro-nukes
-- massive outward explosions as seen in videos of the towers' "collapses"
-- the vaporization of a large steel press in the WTC basement
-- the wrinkling into "foil" of a steel/concrete door
-- the spherical blast wave destruction
-- the "nuclear meteorite" (a chunk of WTC debris with 4 floors fused together)
-- the feeling of heat without fire of numerous witnesses
-- the burned or hanging skin (Felipe David), without fire, like so many Hiroshima victims
-- the responders' teeth later falling out (Tartaglia), like numerous American Army A-Bomb test veterans/victims
-- the missing, presumably vaporized, building contents
-- the missing, presumably vaporized 1157 people, unaccounted for at Ground Zero
-- the massive evidence of the China Syndrome of resultant nuclear reacting fragments causing the very high heat and molten steel witnessed (and photographed) by so many firefighter and responders at least six months after 9/11
-- the clothing discarding from rescue workers
-- the decontamination procedures of rescue workers
-- the micro- or nano-fine particle debris/dust size
-- much more, all indicate the federal regime set off numerous mini-nuclear bombs in the WTC on 9/11.

No-one (that I know of) denies UNCONVENTIONAL destruction of the Twin Towers. The cast-iron evidence for that is called the "Free-fall Times". It is THE ONLY CAST IRON evidence.
To hang one's hat on nukes (of any size) is not - necessarily - hanging one's hat on the right mechanism.
The FACT is "Free-fall time"
The MECHANISM is something else, and entirely subsidiary.
It is completely unnecessary to know the MECHANISM before a charge of murder is made. The MECHANISM can be extracted from witnesses, under oath, during the court proceedings.
St. Steven's grand charade is to divert attention to a possible MECHANISM (in his case, his ludicrous thermate) ... thereby ensuring that the gullible ignore "Free-fall Time" as the cast iron FACT.
Consequently (and with respect), David, we have had the 'key' (as you put it) since 2002.

The spectrum and percentages of cancer are massive. There are at least 4 classifications of blood-cell cancers: leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's and myeloma. There are many more classifications of soft tissue cancers. There is brain cancer. There is breast cancer. For most of these there are subclassifications of many different types of specific cancer in each, so far not publicly disclosed. There are huge percentages of respiratory distress and loss of function. Multiple reports of 'irregular cycles' (miscarriages?). Most likely there will be several more types of cancer to follow. In particular, responders should be checked for thyroid cancer and function. There has been no noting of birth defects which also needs to be done. There is one thing and only one thing that can cause all these cancers and problems -- RADIATION
