Where he says that in the USA states can do what they damn well please. They cannot. Federal law trumps states and the states changed their constitutions and protections long ago. I have some pre-1860 constitutions from states and they are quite different than today. Today states are there only to service the needs of US citizens (subjects registered to vote).
He also carries on the mime of "Civil War" when it was the War Between the States. If you understand "states" you understand the war. If you think it was a "civil" matter then you are ignoring the FACT that the united States of America, under that Constitution ended in 1860.
Imagine if today England and Holland said it wanted no more part of the EU and left it? The EU then goes to war because the UK will not turn over the buildings it owned in Dover then beats it terribly. Installs a new government (Norman French as it is now) of Euians and passes the EU constitution unanimously. Can you call that a EU civil war? Can you say the EU never broke apart? Did all states join and stay willfully? Not in the USA.
As you can see they install military governments to make laws and then let the people suffer. That is what they are doing to Iraq. In the USA they changed the history books so that it does not appear as the USA ended or that the war was between sovereign states and make it seem an internal conflict. It was not.
