I found out the hierarchy is long entrenched and morphs into new corners as they rise. That is why Fetzer, Jones, Day, all of the "major" names are historically involved in conspiracies, peace movements, anything anti-government. Historically, that is, all through their lives.

The organizational leaders conspire or are manipulated to bring protest to safe outlets. While they appear to fight, they are really working in harmony to the effort of deflating anger by allowing safe venues for venting dangerous pressures. Often diverting the effort for change and revolution towards internal anal bickering. Real freak stuff.
