I may be overstepping my bounds in cutting and pasting this here but it was an incredibly well done piece with links and research on one of the more outspoken fronts of this movement. It am not even sure if the writer wishes me to disclose his name, but again, the information is important and I want it out. This is important.

As someone who is proud to say that I have fought against "disinformation" in all its different guises for as long as I have been associated with the Truth Movement, when I read Mark S Bilk's post at Message Number 1124, I was first surprised; and then suspicious that an apparently careful researcher could commit the fundamental error of making such a clearly subjective and biased judgement in relation to the "News With Views" website: http://www.newswithviews.com on the basis of such a subjective and superficial investigation, supported mostly by hyperbole. I therefore considered it necessary to obtain a better understanding of Mark S Bilk before undertaking a detailed response to his post.

If (like me) you take the trouble to Google "Mark S Bilk", you will be "rewarded" with the information that "there are about 179,000 Results for Mark S Bilk"! Whilst I do not think that you would be interested in reading my lengthy distillation of them here, suffice to say that you should be aware that Mark is indisputably a professional propagandist for the Hard Left (Chomsky et al), so clearly you will wish to bear that in mind when considering his sometimes one-sided and exaggerated views. In support of these necessarily contentious remarks, I would like in passing to draw your attention to the following:

1. "Dominator Culture", an article written by Mark S Bilk, which appears to be, inter alia, a thinly disguised justification for (what others have called) "his rabid anti-Semitic views": http://lucifer.com/virus/alt.memetics/dominator.html

Incidentally, I hope that it will not have escaped your attention that Mark's article is hosted on the aptly-named "lucifer.com" website (shades of "Illuminati"?). Further consideration of the above quote may lead you to the conclusion that Mark and his supporters consider that those who are guilty of "patriarchy, rape, hatred and murder of gays and lesbians, greed, loss of contact with, and destruction of, the environment, cruelty to animals, lust for power, Fascism, war, and genocide" should not be held morally or legally accountable for their various misdeeds, since it is they who are the victims, as they are suffering from a "memetic virus" - apparently just one of many in the "meme-pool".

If you carefully dissect, analyze and "probe" the above URL, whilst (sadly) you will not be able to enter "Hell" (the main lucifer.com website) , as this would appear to be restricted to Satanic acolytes (a chance encounter with Beelzebub can therefore all but be discounted), you will be able to access the "Church of Virus": http://www.churchofvirus.org/ - self-described as "A neo-cybernetic philosophy for the 21st century". If you then click on the "About" link in the right-hand menu, you will discover that "Virus" (the abbreviated name for the Church of Virus) is:

(a) "a forum for rational discourse"

(b) "a memetically engineered nontheistic religion"

(c) "a synthesis of religion and evolution"

(d) "the best possible conceptual framework for living and thinking"

(e) "a neo-cybernetic philosophy for the 21st century"

(f) "Darwin's dangerous idea out of control"

(g) "an extended phenotype of the Virion Council"

In short, the Church of Virus would appear to be considered by its "disciples" as a veritable Nirvana!

Reading further, you will learn that the Goal of "Virus" is:

"to compete with the traditional (irrational) religions in the human ideosphere with the idea that it would introduce and propagate memes which would ensure the survival and evolution of our species. The main advantage conferred upon adherents is Virus provides a conceptual framework for leading a truly meaningful life and attaining immortality without resorting to mystical delusions".

Next, try clicking on the menu item "Lexicon" (or, if you prefer, go straight to the web page: http://www.churchofvirus.org/lexicon.html ). This will give you a broad insight into; and perspective on, the "Virion mindset". But perhaps the biggest "eye-popper" will occur when you click on "Saints" (or go direct to: http://www.churchofvirus.org/saints.html ) and discover that:

"Charles Darwin" (or St. Charles as the Virions prefer to call him) "was illuminated as a saint of the Church of Virus on February 12, 1996 on the 186th anniversary of his birthday for his contribution to the Theory of Evolution making him perhaps the most influential memetic engineer of the modern era".

Perhaps I've been watching too many old Star Trek videos, but I always thought that the "Virions" were the race with a surfeit of logic – and funny pointy ears!

It should come as no surprise therefore to note that, at: http://www.cyberday.de/news/ausgabe_100020.htm under the title "A Cyberspace Independence Declaration", the Introduction - written by the ubiquitous Mark S Bilk - contains what can only be construed as a defense of Internet porn with the words: "Seeing pictures of naked people and reading about sexual activity has never harmed children and never will. Cyberporn is not a problem; it's only an excuse to stifle our voices-- we, the people."

3. I'm sure that virtually all members will have heard of the expression "Left Gatekeepers". I imagine that most of you have also heard of the website LeftGatekeepers.com - http://www.leftgatekeepers.com/ which gives as its "raison d'etre":

"to provide updated information on the sources of foundation funding of the left media and academic institutions, and to provide a forum for commentaries on the political left in the U.S. Additionally, this website shares current political analysis from dissident voices which are censored and/or marginalized by the so-called "alternative/left" media that receives foundation funding."

attributed to someone with the singularly conspiratorial name "Jolly Roger". At the top of the web page that carries this article, there is the following message: "Thanks to Mark S. Bilk for this important piece".

4. At: http://www.cosmicpenguin.com/911/ Mark Bilk has a website dedicated to proving that "The 9-11 Attacks Were Perpetrated By Agents Of The U.S. And Israeli Governments". Most laudable, you might think, but if you take a closer look, you will realise that the main aim of Bilk's website is to discredit the 9/11 Truth Movement as a whole by the following divisive remarks under the emotive (but palpably false) title "The No-WTC-Planes Disinformation Gang".

"There is a gang of disinformation agents who are trying to discredit the effort to publicize the truth about 9-11. It is led by Gerard Holmgren, Nico Haupt, Rosalee "Webfairy" Grable, James Fetzer (a founder of the Scholars for 9-11 Truth, recently ejected by a vote of 153 to 9 by the members but refuses to leave, also former JFK "researcher" who claims that the Zapruder film -- which proves that Lee Harvey Oswald was not the killer -- was faked by the government), and Morgan Reynolds (former chief economist of G W Bush's Department of Labor)."

Warming to his theme, Bilk continues:

"These people claim that some or all of the following techniques were used in the destruction of the World Trade Center: missiles disguised as planes by means of holograms (impossible, because the hologram generator would have to be as large as a 767), "UFO orbs" (actually the lights of helicopters in the distance), "scalar waves" (which don't exist), "Hutchison effect" (which also doesn't exist), micro-hydrogen bombs not using fission triggers (which don't exist, and which would have made an enormous flash and bang), missiles hidden by "cloaking devices" (which don't exist), flocks of UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles, to account for individual puffs of dust and smoke actually caused by turbulent air flow), energy beams from space satellites (would require the combined power of hundreds of nuclear power plants, would have made the concrete dust burning hot, and would have burned people on the ground). They insist that no planes hit the WTC, that all the videos and photos, even those made by private people, were faked by the government (all of the analysis that the gang presents to prove this turns out to be lies), and that all the witnesses who saw the planes hit were lying or brainwashed by watching TV."

Bilk concludes:

"This gang has created dozens of websites, blogs, Net radio programs, and various other outlets for their lies. Their intention is to associate these nonsensical claims with the actuall 9-11 research movement, in order to discredit it. They have already begun to succeed: articles have been published in mainstream media saying that 9-11 researchers are nutty conspiracy theorists who say that no planes hit the World Trade Center."

5. As well as being a member of Total 911 Truth NOW, Mark Bilk is also (like several other members of this List) a member of Yahoo Group "truthabout911". On Sat Nov 25, 2006 (Message Number 5213), Mark posted the following:

"The "space beam" lie is just the latest disinformation from the Gerard Holmgren/Nico Haupt/Rosalee "Webfairy" Grable/MorganReynolds/etc gang. Reynolds was previously pushing the No-WTC-Planes disinfo, using Holmgren's bogus arguments almost verbatim, so we know that he is totally dirty.

The space beam claims are easily disproved, and if Jim Fetzer doesn't stop endorsing them by saying that they're worth investigating and that their proponents are "researchers", he will wreck the Scholars For 9-11 Truth group as a force for waking up the public, by destroying the group's reputation. If Fetzer persists in that, then it is vital for Steven Jones to take over leadership of the group.

Contrary to the disinfo gang's claims, the holes in WTC 5 & 6 were simply made by girders that fell hundreds of feet from WTC 1 & 2 andcrashed through the roof and several floors. The holes then acted as chimneys for the flames of the building fires, causing them to become rounded.

The groups of burnt cars were the result of chain-reaction car fires-- one burned and its gas tank blew up and ignited cars nearby, etc. This is a common occurrence according to fireman Russell Pickering of www.pentagonresearch.com.

The iron content of the WTC dust was about 0.5 per cent, exactlythe amount normally found in concrete, so there was no mysterious disintegration of the steel columns. Thus the white dust seen coming off a few of the columns was just the attached asbestos, drywall plaster, or concrete.

Microwave or infrared energy beams capable of making holes in the buildings, igniting cars, and pulverizing the concrete, would have burned people in the street and lit up the smoke with electrical discharges. That never happened. The buildings were demolished by the explosives heard and seen by firemen and caught on the videos.

The concrete in the floor pans was lightweight foamed concrete, so it was easily pulverized into dust by the explosives and the impact with the ground.

The Holmgren gang's space beam disinformation is designed to discredit and defeat the 9-11 truth movement, just like their previous claims of No-WTC-Planes, holograms, UFO orbs, scalarwaves, flocks of UAVs, fusion bombs without fission triggers, and video fakery extending to amateur videos and still photos.
All completely impossible, and all completely unnecessary toaccount for the evidence.

It's all the same principle: bring in pseudoscientific nonsense that some people ignorant of science and technology will believe, and insist over and over in lots of websites and forums that it was used in 9-11. That provides the perfect basis for government and mainstream media to attack the 9-11 truth movement as "crazy
conspiracy theorists" by scientifically refuting the disinformation that the gang has associated with the real 9-11 research. This has already been done in some media attacks.

The disinfo gang's attacks on David Ray Griffin, Steven Jones, and the makers of the Loose Change videos, who have been the most successful in bringing the truth to the public, are the final proof of their motives.

The Holmgren-Haupt-Webfairy-Reynolds-etc gang is pure evil.One or more of them are knowingly working for the U.S. and/or Israeli government, and the rest are deluded fools. There is no other possible explanation for what they've been doing.

The disinfo gang is extremely destructive to the effort to educate the public that the 9-11 attacks were done by the government and not by "Arab terrorists". That education may be the only thing that can stop the Fascist takeover of the U.S., the Middle East, and the rest of the world. The 9-11 false-flag operation was done
to provide the U.S., Israeli, and British governments with false "evidence" of massive "terrorism", so it could be used as the pretext for abrogation of the Constitution and for genocidal (and profitable) wars of conquest. The ultimate protection racket.

The 9-11 truth effort is the key to defeating the myth of"terrorism", and thus to defeating world Fascism. We must not permit the Holmgren-Haupt-Webfairy-Reynolds disinformation gang to sabotage that effort. They do not deserve a second chance or the benefit of the doubt. They have lied too many times and slandered the real 9-11 researchers over and over again.

No-WTC-Planes, holograms, UFO orbs, scalar waves, flocks of UAVs, fusion bombs without fission triggers, video fakery of every video and photo taken by amateurs, and now energy beams from space. The Holmgren gang are not researchers!

The gang are vicious lying propagandists and we must keep reminding ourselves of that. They are not 9-11 researchers; their claim that they are is another of their Big Lies. We think that no one would tell such a big lie, because we ourselves wouldn't, so that motivates us to believe them. That's what they're relying on. They _are_ lying. They are _not_ researchers!

The gang are working for the Fascists. We must fight them hard. If you see their lies in a forum, refute them with the truth. If you operate a mailing list, group, or forum that's seen by the general public, and they show up on it, kick them off and keep them off.

If the gang succeeds in discrediting the 9-11 truth effort, and the Fascists succeed, and you end up in Guantanamo, or "renditioned" to some foreign country to be tortured, or DEAD, it will be too late!

Let us analyse and dwell upon some of Mark Bilk's colourful phrases in order fully to appreciate the skilful use of the "Scientific Method" as epitomized by Bilk's emotive language:

(a) (referring to Morgan Reynolds): "we know that he is totally dirty";

(b) "The Holmgren-Haupt-Webfairy-Reynolds-etc gang is pure evil. One or more of them are knowingly working for the U.S. and/or Israeli government, and the rest are deluded fools".

(c) "The gang are vicious lying propagandists".

(d) "The gang are working for the Fascists"; and then (clearly taking a leaf out of the Fascists' book, "If you operate a mailing list, group, or forum that's seen by the general public, and they show up on it, kick them off and keep them off."

But then, apologists for the "Left Gatekeepers" have never been noted for their egalitarian or democratic principles. (Oh and by the way, in Bilk's parlance a "Fascist" is anyone who does not subscribe 100% to his viewpoint).

6. Whether or not you can stomach Mark Bilk's language and methods, you have to express grudging admiration for his stamina. Mark is also a member of Yahoo Group "political-research" and on Sat Aug 26, 2006 (at Message Number 21016) he posted another lengthy and vitriolic diatribe against the objects of his obsessive hatred (Gerard Holmgren, Nico Haupt, and Rosalee "Webfairy" Grable), in which he utilises his (by now customary) brand of "science-based logic" with the following erudite pronouncements:

(a) "They are engaged in a program of lying disinformation and scurrilous ad hominem attacks." (Anyone recall the maxim about black pots and kettles?)

(b) "here is what Holmgren gives (after three pages of crap)"...

NB: Note that what Holmgren has to offer is perfunctorily dismissed as "three pages of crap", whereas clearly Bilk expects us to believe that his "truths" were handed down to him on Mount Sinai, conveniently pre-carved on "Tablets of Stone"!

It is not one of my functions as a co-Moderator of this List to debunk "Debunkers" amongst our members. Although, so far, I have only covered the first few hundred entries of the 179,000 (and counting) that Google has identified, you will be relieved to hear that I shall now produce my final piece of "evidence" before I move on to a detailed response specific to Mark Bilk's post.

3. Evidence suggests that a bomb was responsible for severing the cores of the Twin Trade Towers. This accounts for three anomalies: The `time of free-fall' (as studied extensively by Jerry Russell,) the mysterious 40-plus story plume and the evidence of a thermobaric munition which created a `blast-wave' of intense pressure (approx. 430psi,) and heat as high as (2,500-3,000 degrees C) which would account for the molten steel and the density and dispersion of finely pulverized materials which extended 3,000 yards from the site, not
70 yards as reported.

4. Journalist, Nico Haupt, is constantly probing the true story in his articles at: www.innworldreport.net

5. WTC Building #6: Was it Nuked? Twelve minutes after the first tower was hit a Major explosion was recorded. This leaves some mysterious anomalies in the demolition timeline. The plume which emerged between the towers was probably created from here.

6. Ray Ubinger's choice clip from the only known footage of the first strike of WTC, 1, may imply foreknowledge. If you have ever used a movie camera you'll see why! Such assertions become very difficult to deny when you add up all of the verified, and circumstantial evidence which we have obtained. Please, go out of your way to see:

Far be it from me to suggest to you what you should make of all this: however, I know that I could never again trust the comments of somebody who not only appears to believe in "playing both ends against the middle", but is highly likely to be expressing a diametrically opposed viewpoint only a short while later!

If I may be permitted to digress, my experience in recognising disinformation disseminators (both as a 29 year veteran of the London (England) police; and a battle-scarred victim of Bilk's "comrades in arms" on the "Ancient Lost Treasures" Scholars Forum) is based upon the well known maxim that the people who most consistently and vociferously accuse others of being "Purveyors of Disinformation" are invariably themselves professional agents of the USG and/or PTB. Since it is also a truism that the ferocity and frequency of such attacks is inversely proportional to the accuracy of the theories or hypothesizes espoused by the victim(s), it is reasonable to surmise that "the gang" must now be getting really close to the truth!

In the light of that realization, perhaps I owe Mark S Bilk an apology. Maybe his malicious targeting of hardworking and respected members of the Truth Movement is really a subterfuge to publicize their theories in an effort to spread the word. Well done, Mark: keep up the good work and we'll have this whole conspiracy sewn up and all the perps impeached or indicted before you can say … 9/11!
