Distortions: WTC7 shown four times in weakest shot (the one used for Berger CNN interview where 7 is half hidden). Impression of scientists v. isolated fanatical individuals. Alex Jones as cult-leader at quasi- evangelical 'rally'. Fetzer in close-up moving his head around a lot . Only Dylan held his cool and in one classic scene when interviewed about Wally Miller he exuded seething if controlled anger. Strawmen like '4,000 Jews' used to discredit whole range of 911 skepticism. Presented 'evidence' of UA93 crash as Bandana and Passport, then said , "In the face of ALL THIS,some still believe it was a conspiracy."
Lies: "WTC 7 was a raging inferno"."Flight 11 took off that morning". OGCT presented as fact.
X-files writer-"To think that the US government contains mass-murderers is preposterous". Popular Mechanics given credibility as ordinary down to-earth magazine.
Ended by trying to boil down the whole conspiracy to FBI's admission of failure to act on intelligence supplied to CIA. ''The American people were failed" .
Concluding words of V/O: "The other conspiracy theories are just that - theories.
The evidence doesn't support them."

So i was flicking with the missus last nite and there it was, 15 mins in.
Pentagon --
awesome lying and utter illogical reasoning.
1) pentagon wall was shown and the hole was highlighted using a cgi line overlay.. 18-20ft was quoted.
2) Dr chump was introduced and we were told he was not a government paid stooge.
3) Dr Chump provided a reconstruction of the pentagon and plane crash, using a 757.
now here is where the illogical reasoning appeared...
4) Dr chump explains the wings entered the building and all the jet fuel ignited spreading throughout the 'support columns'. Yup they used that phrase.
Brilliant! We just saw the pentagon facia with a small hole and no other holes or gaping damage but then Dr Chump claims the wings smashed into the building spreading jet fuel.
Very cleverly directed.. the impossible scenario was completely lost during the moment of viewing. Only after 5 mins did i have to talk to the missus about what we both just watched.
Generally a complete hit-piece, spreading the impression that everyone, everyone, is tailoring the evidence to their own needs. We picked up on that immediately.
last point;
I am not a big fan of Loose Change but when something is blatantly misrepresented i must stick my boot in.
Flight 93, landing in cleveland.
BBC2 skewed the Loose Change assertion that 2 (two) planes landed in cleveland and tured it into 1 plane, a delta airlines flight. BBC2 then trundled out a women from that flight and incinuated that Loose Change information is lies. No mention about the 10.45am landing only concentrating upon the 10.10am delta flight.
Very very very clever lying and misrepresentation.

good footage
i just ripped all this docko and after calming down, i went thru it. there are a few little gems. one in particular is raw 93 footage. it is clean crisp, no logos, which mean you can use it anywhere, and there is a an absolute classic right at the end of the usual 'helicopter' clip. there is a firman, by himself, looking really bored, pointing a firehouse into the empty hole, while everybody else kind of wanders off. it's a complete gem, there is also a clip of the spire, from close, standing strong well after collapse. a few 'blak blob' chots without logos, and a few others. i urge you to go thru it, and trim stuff out. it's all good quality. not analogue tv broadcast stuff.
Some good things were there that didn't need to be.
As you say, the 93 stuff was, on the face of it, quite skeptical. And then along comes this Big Brother scriptline and it's "In the face of all this evidence..." when all they can show is a bandana and a passport and a coroner who changed his story ( like the mayor?) There was a large Killtown-shaped hole in this part of the programme.
Other surprising admissions were the 'squibs' on the Twin Towers, the fact that WTC7 appeared at least to be a CD (and despite the poor shoice of clip it still went down very fast), and the use of the Loose Change Pentacrash animation, which I have always loved. There were others.
What was probably most annoying was the waste of time spent shooting down straw men such as the X files 'Lone gunman' script and the 'no Jews' scam which nobody in their right mind - note my words - gives any credence to.
Then to borrow the garb of protest by getting all outraged about the FBI/CIA debacle and intoning "America failed its people" - well it's contemptible.
Overall it was an incredibly sloppy, poorly researched and inadequate job, considering the huge amount of information there is out there.
One would almost think the BBC acts like State-Run Media
