This is not a test. Here are 10 strange phenomena which all fit the "blue screen overlay" and "foreground and background slight misalignment" hypothesis perfectly. This is a major breakthrough which brings us very close to a "grand unified theory" of TV Fakery.
We have many strange phenomena, all of which are rather easily explained by the compositing overlay method they used.
Let's consider:

Being slightly out of position on the foreground shot creates the illusion that the plane is flying in at a different angle.

No, we see debris ejected up and out in Rick's footage. Why? Because the footage is real and not overlaid beneath foreground layers. There's no weird reversal of direction of the ejected debris because there is no panning misalignment glitch between layers.

No, Ricks footage shows the WTC North Tower getting blown up and gravity is pulling stuff down, not down and Eastwardly. The reason that we do not see the otherwise inexplicable eastward drift of the WTC 1 dust fountain is that Rick's doesn't contain multiple layers that are moving separately. Hence, Rick's footage does not show the bizarre "left drift" or eastwardly motion of the dust fountain.
QUESTION: How do we explain the mismatch between two phenomena Ace Baker has discovered in the News Videos that are not in Rick's videos?
Answer: Ace Baker is correct that the camera showing the FOREGROUND buildings is not panning right to explain why the ejected debris is moving left. However the camera that filmed the ejected debris which is the BACKGROUND layer to the shot is panning right slightly, which explains why the debris and smoke plume are shown moving hundreds of feet left (Eastward) of where the WTC 1 stood. It's a panning effect. The background (debris) camera was panning right, and the foreground camera was not.
Mystery solved!
It may be helpful to think of every a common plot in "heist" movies. The safecracker puts a picture of the safe in front of the security camera while he goes to work. The guard looks at the monitor and sees that the safe looks normal. Meanwhile the crooks are dynamiting the safe. We have the very same thing going on on 9/11. The perps are showing composite video of the Manhattan Skyline while they go to work on destroying the WTC complex.

NBC Shot vs Genuine Drift: Eastward movement of WTC 1
In the case of the moving bridge and the NBC footage Brian V found, the misaligned panning problem is obvious.
In the CNN footage, I believe there is a subtle misalignment problem. I'm sure there is also some natural movement of the dust cloud due to wind.
With the dramatic reversal of motion effect that Ace Baker noticed, I'm more ready to believe that that was caused by a special effect panning glitch which we see in other 9/11 videos than by unknown physical forces. The reversal can be easily explained by misaligned background panning, and I think the other explantions would require odd gravitational fields or very strong magnetic fields. Or perhaps something else is going on.
Surely we don't think the Verrazano bridge was moving on screen the way it was shown on screen. We don't think someone hired a tugboat for the day to drag the bridge out to sea just for the Naudet brothers DVD.
The NBC glitch is telling: The towers' esacape off the left hand side of the screen is not caused by unknown physical forces. I suspect that the "reversal of motion of ejected debris" is in the same category of video glitch, but I could be wrong. Originally it looked like a panning issue, but then the foreground buildings were not panned as well, so we rejected panning. Now that we know the videos were composites anyway, as proven by Brian V and other, we cannot rule out panning any longer. It makes sense that one layer (with ejected debris) would be panned while the foreground layer wasn't (given that we've seen them make that mistake many times).
Look at how far the dust fountain has moved left from the location of WTC 1, using the top left hand corner of WTC 7 as a guide. How is the cameraman able to move inorder to change the composition of the scene in this fashion?
The towers used to be on fire... Shouldn't there be more smoke in the air than what we see in these pictures? Does the sky look like it's filled with smoke, or does it look strangely blue? Should there be helicopters visible in these shots?

Why is WTC 7 moving to the right? Some kind of camera movement issue. I suspect that we're just seeing one more example of coordination failures within the perp's video operations. Those stills look like they are at video resolution rather than scans of photographs. They're certainly very low resolution, and I suspect they came from one of the perp video feeds. Remember that in the perps' videos WTC 7 is a cutout on a separate layer from the WTC video. Since we are dealing in pixels and not reality, there's nothing stopping WTC7 from moving right on the screen and not taking WTC 1 along with it. Was everything 200 feet to the east of WTC 1 destroyed under a pile of WTC Dust? Did the building pile up 200 feet to the east of where it stood? If not, we have reason to suspect TV fakery and not unknown physical forces.
So if it's not panning, what is it?
