In a recent posting on his blog at 911Researchers.com and on 911Flogger Jim Fetzer pushes Sophia and Avatar's libelous claims in a public post rather than research or talk to his close advisor Rick Siegel. Why is Jim Fetzer without morals when issues of leadership and problem resolution are needed? Why would he take the Jones camp banner carrier Sophia and company and submarine his own advisor?
Thanks Jim, just want to find out if you really did what leaders do when trying to get in the middle of a dispute? How a real professor "after reviewing" discusses that process of review? I want to know if "there a more constructive way to resolve this conflict? I want to know how Jim Fetzer trys to help it all? "Especially in light of the permission granted by your associates" because first Jim Fetzer believe in 911 Mysteries rather than his own advisor. Jim Fetzer can make the claim "I believe that your actions are damaging to the 9/11 truth movement" because he knows how that is done.

Jim Fetzer can say "I don't know the merits of the case well enough to take sides on the legal issues" after saying he has made careful "review" "I think that Sofia is in the right and you are in the wrong."
Jim Fetzer can say "I put up her letter because you have made such a huge thing about this, with your attack on her the lead item on this forum for months" but claims to not know where the time codes of 911 Mystery corruptions are? Jim Fetzer does that all after his advisor asked him to try and bring communication with 911 Mystery crew. This is what Jim Fetzer calls helping.

This is a fairly clear cut issue which does not really revolve around "fair use".
The points that Rick has repeatedly raised about the mis-use of his footage to blur the detail of what it shows is/are very significant.
I look forward to either someone pointing out the inaccuracies in what Rick has said in terms of the footage's misuse, or a retraction of the remarks made against him.
A 9/11 Truth Movement (whatever that is) has to be based on truth and if soundtracks on footage have been altered or cut and pasted, a clear reason should be given, if there is one. Artistic licencees need not apply.
Whatever the slickness and attention grabbing nature of "9/11 Mysteries", it is no excuse for deliberately distorting certain elements of evidence - and this applies whether permission was sought or not.
Sophia gets my vote for...
