It would seem that her professional misconduct as a film maker in distorting the actual facts and not putting a disclaimer per se into the mysteries vid is one of recording fantasy/fiction and trying to pass it off as factual to capitalize upon a tragedy. I find this both immoral in view of the graveness of the situation as well as conspicuously maligning the truth.
As unethical as this is her exacerbation of the problem by coming to the fore-ground of public awareness and still purporting an air of legitimacy in view of the gravity of the issue is in my eyes heinous never mind treasonous.

Her complaining about the radio backdrop shows she has no understanding of verifying via time sync (which is what makes 911eyewitness so valuable in the first place) a historical record that could be used in a legal proceeding. Her aims in creating the mysteries video are obviously not for the greater good, but for personal gain.

Her gains are coming at the cost of not only public trust in all video evidence (there's enough trash out there already) but in creating an air of the truth movement as one of illegitimacy and lunacy if you look at how we now have sides where in "truth" there can be only one. There is no such thing as piece-meal truth that would lend any credence. It is either factual or fictional.

Mr Fetzer would be well advised (if it is honesty in presentation of evidence to an unknowing public that he truly seeks) to expose the farcical nature of mysteries if he would wish to retain any semblance of legitimacy himself. This whole situation needs to come to an abrupt and final conclusion otherwise we will all be single voices in a roar of many, as such unheard and unheeded.

The question arises of what motivates. I trust Rick implicitly having never met him, having no ties to him other than this forum, and have stated that he is a TRUE American patriot since he is after what is good for the country and not what is good for him. Just look at how viciously he is attacked yet it is HIS video 911eyewitness that is a historical focal point. Without the Hoboken shot, all we would have are the network feeds or other amateur vids that don't have that unique quality of being able to listen to the sound from a distance, that effectively eliminates the background noise that drowned out the actual sequence of events with individual distinction.
Having posted it for free in the aftermath shows he wasn't out for gain (and it would be understandable to sell copies in order to recoup production costs) and yet the fact that many still buy it for a personal record shows just how much esteem the public at large recognize 911eyewitness to be. So much so that the unscrupulous behaviour of Sophia (and you too Mr. Fetzer if you endorse the action) becomes all the more tragic in light of the victims.
I would ask that in the name of America (and I'm not even a citizen) for the sake of the victims (past and present)you settle this as quickly and as forthrightly as possible, otherwise we may as well just hang up our intellect and throw in the towel.
