The same crew that brought you the fake news on 9/11 brought you Homeland Security and the 9/11 Attacks before 9/11. Various eyewitness interviews and scripts pre-dated 9/11. Who was to blame? "Iraq provided the technology behind the attack to terrorist groups based in Afghanistan."

Whoever was involved would say yes, I'm sure, making a utilitarian argument. This argument would of course only be made in private, among those who can "handle the truth," or in the death penalty phase of their trial.

Thomas Barnett stipulated that the worse scenario for the US was;

flights grounded for 10 days

He mocks the accusations that he was the architect for 9/11, fair enough yet all his 'Y2K problem solutions' in 'net-centric warfare' match the after effects of 9/11.
