Crack in the NIST Wall

This may be the first crack in the NIST ship. The walls are starting to cave in and these people may not want to stand with the final responsibility. While how is not know it is because of the lack of any criminal investigation.

All those whose job it was to do this criminal investigation should be jailed for that failure to those they tricked into governing.

Is there any question that NIST's records should not be preserved? Destruction of records would be spoliation of evidence.
