Open research to uncover the truths surrounding events of September 11, 2001.

This video asks questions about Dr Steve Jones - why does he prefer to talk about Ad Hominem attacks rather than Physical Evidence? Why does he misquote research? Why does he dodge certain issues?
The other day Steve Jones taked about his new find of red chips in his "untainted" dust samples.
This new discovery came about 6 months ago and he has kept it secret to allow time to digest some of its spectacular consistancies. It seems that this red substance may be none other than - Thermite or its son Super Thermate. Exposing it to heat makes it "poossh" just like thermite and Jones is antsy to put it through some tests.
Even Steve Jones does not claim that thermite/thermate "can explain everything". My
concern is whether it can explain anything! The iron is in samples of dust, not of molten
metal, proof steel was turned to dust! If Barium Nitrate is indeed an ingredient of
military versions of thermite/themate, then why has it not been discovered in these
samples? How many "cutter charges" were needed to destroy the Twin Towers? How much of
the towers' massive pulverization can they account for? If the only patents we have
Nila,
Steve's replies to my original are identified, as are my new responses. I have edited asides in order to focus on the important issues, where anyone who has received the originals can verify the difference for themselves. I have had the benefit of expert advice from Judy Wood, Ph.D., in preparing this reply.

ORIGINAL (3 May 2007):
Nila,
Nila,
I am fascinated with the seemingly unqualified endorsement of Steve
Jones' thermite/thermate hypothesis. I hope that some of the members
of your list can help me figure this out, because I must be missing
something not to recognize that his approach holds the key to under-
standing what happened at the World Trade Center. Please ask your
list if someone could help me figure out what I have wrong. Thanks!
(1) Some time ago, I contacted Professor Thomas Eagar of MIT, who
advised me that sulfur could have been produced many ways relative
Here's my prediction. Steven Jones and co. eventually file some sort of lawsuit against someone, alleging thermite controlled demolition. The complaint only focuses on what Jones considers to be the "strongest" "hard evidence", i.e. his tests on a chunk of previously molten metal. The defense attorney answers the motion questioning the chain of custody for the sample, and Jones' theory in general.
